I Need Support

I will be going to Comic Con Africa (CCA) next month and I am really looking forward to being part of Africa’s biggest pop culture and entertainment event.

I will need sponsors to be part of the event and I’m hoping you will be willing to help. CCA will take place from 21 to 24 September at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand, South Africa. The event will present me as a journalist and writer with numerous opportunities. Comic Con is an event where I can build new contacts and expand my horizon as a Namibian author.

The event will also be an opportunity where I will represent Namibia on an international platform. During and after the event I will do various write-ups of the entertainment community in Namibia and abroad. I hope to receive support from the local newspapers and media in this regard.

To make the event a possibility I need to raise funds to cover my expenses. Currently my expenses include: transport to Johannesburg and back; transport in Midrand, Accommodation, and food. That’s why I hope my fellow country-men and women will be able to support me.
