You’ve got a friend in them

In more than two decades the Toy Story franchise has been entertaining kids and bringing adults to tears and new chapter in the franchise does exactly the same.
Toy Story 3 was the perfect sent-off for our favourite characters. They found a new home and owner and all seemed well. We cried when it ended, but we were happy and thought it was the last we saw the toys in action.
Toy Story 4 is more like a new book; it brings in new characters and sends the old ones on a whole new adventure. I don’t want to give away too much of the movie’s story, but make sure you take some tissues to theatre.
Buzz, Woody and the rest of the gang are on a new mission and along the way they make some new friends and reunite with some old ones. The story of the movie is a perfect follow-up and it gives me hope that there is still much more to come.
The cast does an exceptional job as their characters, making you fall in love with them all over again. I have to say, the animators once again impressed me, because scene fits together so perfectly. The director had one job, try and keep the franchise on high, and he completely nailed it.
Apart from all the technical awesomeness of the film, it is also a great journey for the toys. I realised that the characters have really become friends to us and it I hope it will continue to be that way.
Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the rest of the gang embark on a road trip with Bonnie and a new toy named Forky. The adventurous journey turns into an unexpected reunion as Woody's slight detour leads him to his long-lost friend Bo Peep. As Woody and Bo discuss the old days, they soon start to realize that they're worlds apart when it comes to what they want from life as a toy.

My Verdict
Toy Story 4 is a must-see movie; I can’t imagine a better new chapter for the toys. This is one of those movies that the whole family can enjoy, even your rebellious teenage son. So get your tickets and go watch one of the best movies of 2019 today!
My Rating: 10 out of 10 – Perfect
